Up Close with a Black-Footed Ferret | Wildlife in 360 VR

An up-close encounter with a black-footed ferret as it comes out of its burrow and then scurries away. This Fort Belknap black-footed ferret was marked with temporary hair dye because it was vaccinated against sylvatic plague and canine distemper (that way biologists know that individual has already been caught and they don’t need to catch it again).

Filmed in 5K 360.

Special thanks to WWF US and Fort Belknap Tribal Council, along with the Fort Belknap Fish and Wildlife Department.
